(stock code:836556), formerly known as Jiangsu Winlong Filling Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical, biological, health product and daily chemical industries and manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview of production line
The production line is mainly suitable for production of large volume injection.
This production line is composed of SSP bottle feeding machine, GZXP series bottle washing machine, QHX serieshot air circulation tunnel oven, YGS series liquid filling machine, HYS series cap pressing machine and XG series capping machine. The unit has the functions of washing,drying and sterilizing, fillil and stoppling (half stoppling and full stoppling), capping and sealing. It is mainly suitablefor production of large volume injection in pharmaceuticalenterprises. By adding the RABS system, it can meet Class A (ISO5 level) requirements for aseptic preparation environment, and the unit meets the new version GMP requirements. It is also suitable for production of similar packaging materials such as bioengineering products oral plastic bottles.
Performance features
1. The SSP widened mesh belt conveying type bottle feeding system saves manpower and enables the storage of a large numberof bottles.
2. The GZXP bottle washing machine combines ultrasonic washing and pressure jetting washing with air and water separablefrom each other. The washed vials meet the new version GMP requirements for visible foreign objects.
3. The QHX hot air circulation sterilization tunnel oven adopts full laminar flow (resistant to high temperature 350C) and hot airhigh temperature drying and sterilization processes, so as to make the vial run in the tunnel according to the Class A (ISO5 level)requirements. With such features as low energy consumption, high temperature evenness and good heat source removing effect,it is a drying sterilizer with high international and domestic popularity and high applicability.
4. The YGS series filling machine adopts servo control driving. With adjustable fillig volume on the man-machine interface, low-position stoppling and other technologies, it ensures stable operation of equipment and high conforming rate of finishedproducts.
5. Integrating filling stoppling and capping and taking small floor space, it is suitable for equipment upgrading in old plants.
The circumferential swing mechanism is adopted for stoppling and capping, with such features as stable and reliableoperation, high efficiency, easy-to-maintain structure and smart design.
The filling principle includes the use of peristaltic pump, negative pressure type, weighing type, self-flow type, refluxdefoaming type, ceramic pump plunger type, etc.
6. It can be equipped with CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization system.
7. It adopts the PLC control system with variable frequency speed control and high degree of automation.
8. The filling system is provided with the anti-leaking device, realizing filling from the bottom of the bottle, rising slowly andavoiding bubbles.
9. The capping head adopts three knives for sealing. The blade is subject to quenching treatment with good durability. The sealsand threads are beautiful and uniform. The capping head adopts flexible design with easy adjustment, and can also be designedto be used for pull caps.
10. Explosion-proof design can be adopted for products used in special industries or special types of products. After speciallydesigned, it can also be used for filig and cap turning (capping) of slim and easy-to-fall bottles.
The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
