Overview
The production line is suitable for shampoo, conditioner and hand sanitizer in daily chemical industry. All kinds of viscous liquid bottle filling production line, fully meet the needs of automatic production.The whole line can complete automatic bottle management, filling, capping, labeling, boxing, packing,palletizing and other processes. The whole line covers a small area with high production efficiency, stable operation and economy practical.

-The whole line imported PLC control, frequency conversion speed regulation, whole line automatic man-machine interface operation.
-The whole line up-to-down stream machine automatic protection, man-machine dialogue can realize remote equipment management, service, intelligent, information.
-The whole line is designed according to the specification requirements, which is convenient for cleaning, debugging and maintenance, and has high safety. Online CIP cleaning system can be selected.
-No matter which filling principle is adopted, the filling volume is adjusted by man-machine interface, which is convenient and fast, and the filling precision is highly safe and reliable.
-The cap screwing is safe and reliable, and the torque is adjustable. Servo drive is used in special occasions, and the torque can be adjusted.
-Filling and capping can be made into one integrated machine or into separate machines.
-The whole line can be used for bottles of different specifications, which is easy to adjust and can be completed in a short time.
-Bottle holder can be used for bottles that cannot stand.
-The downstream packing line is stable and reliable, with few operators and complete automation.
