Description
Our JVM series are pure pneumatic machines, and require no electricity. They are easy to operate and bottle changes are as easy as sliding new bottles under the fill heads or pushing the foot pedal. Fill levels are adjustable and achieve fill consistency regardless of the product.
Vacuum Filling systems draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction. Once the filling level required reaches, the excess product will be drawn through the auto-drainage system and back into the product tank. The fill level of the container is determined by the depth of the vacuum heads within the neck of the container, SO that the fill level will be the same regardless of bottle in consistencies. Our JVM machines can come equipped with a single or multiple heads for you to choose.
